The hot-air balloons takeoff from the Behula Park racetrack at dawn and dusk during the festival.  Jim's parents had a party for friends and family Saturday evening.  The wind was blowing such that we had to go the Jeff and Lisa's to watch the balloons float overhead.  These are some photos from that day.
